Thank you for supporting Awakened Soul Coffee Co.! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Print-on-demand items (apparel, mugs, accessories, and canvas prints) are made to order and may require additional production time before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Coffee Orders (US): Shipping is calculated based on your order total, starting at $7.59. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

Apparel, Mugs & Accessories (US): Shipping starts at $3.99–$6.99 depending on the item, with rates calculated at checkout based on your order.

General Orders (US): Economy shipping from $5.95 and Standard shipping from $6.95 are available at checkout.

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at awakenedsoulcoffee@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

Print-on-Demand Items Apparel, mugs, canvas prints, and accessories are produced on demand by our fulfillment partners. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns due to sizing or preference. Please refer to our size guides before ordering.
